Greg D Beach
Chief Executive Officer

Greg joined the family business in 1979, after graduating from the University of Montana in Business. In 1984, he received a Masters in Business Administration from UNLV and subsequently returned to work for the company. Greg's areas of responsibility include contract management, budgeting, accounting, as well as marketing.

Greg has been involved with several community organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce, The Boy Scouts of America and Watson Children’s Shelter. He also served as president of the Montana School Transportation Association.

Scott R Beach
Chief Operational Officer

Scott joined our firm in 1979. Before becoming the Chief Operational Officer for Beach Transportation, Scott served as the Vice President in charge of operations. Scott attended the University of Montana, College of Technology and has worked in the transportation business for more than 30 years. Currently, he works directly with the General Manager and the CEO to insure that all aspects of business are covered. Scott also served as the secretary / treasurer and board member for the Montana Transportation Association and stays active supporting youth sports and other community programs.

Robert Mitchell
General Manager

Bob began working a BTC in 1985 as a school bus driver. Before the General Manager and Dispatcher, Bob was the company Safety Director: before that, he traveled the country behind the wheel of a “Beachliner” Bob attended the University of Montana from 1982 until his employment with Beach Transportation. Bob also completed the “Pupil Transportation Management Program” from Central Washington University in 2005. Bob is currently a member of the “Standards Committee” for the Montana Office of Public Instruction. He oversees the day to day operation of Beach Transportation in all aspects.

Carlin Cavill
Director of Maintenance

Carlin is a native Montanan and began working at Beach Transportation in 1990 as a mechanic after completing four years in the Coast Guard as a machinist. In 1992, he was promoted to foreman of the maintenance shop and remained in that position until 1997 when he left to pursue other interests.

In 1999, he returned to Beach Transportation in the capacity of Director of Maintenance. He coordinates the work of and oversees the maintenance department and the shop, cleaning, buildings and grounds personnel. Carlin has extensive mechanical knowledge in many areas.

Cindy Marcum
Special Needs Director

Cindy has been with Beach Transportation since 1976. In 1998, she became the Special Needs Coordinator. The duties of this position include designing and implementing the routes and coordinating special needs drivers and attendants. She also answers phones and checks in drivers and attendants.

Josh Spaid
Assistant Dispatcher

Josh is a third generation Missoulian and a 1999 graduate of Loyola Sacred Heart High School. He came to work for Beach Transportation as a school bus driver in 2000 while attending the University of Montana, College of Technology. He graduated in 2001 with a degree in Microcomputing Technology. While working with the company Josh met and later married his wife Katie, who at the time was also driving school bus for the company. While at Beach Transportation Josh has continued his education by completing School Bus Management Courses at Central Washington University in Ellensburg Washington.

Tracie Hoffman                                                         Safety Director/Driver Trainer

Tracie’s responsibilities include supervising driver and passenger safety, managing driver evaluation, administering Beach Transportation's drug and alcohol testing program and training drivers and other personnel. She also maintains employee records and driver logbooks. Starting as an attendant in 1996, Tracie soon became a school bus and motor coach driver.

Tracie volunteers with the Boy Scouts and loves spending time in the outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter and three sons.

 
 
 

Becky Pamin
Secretary/Receptionist

Becky began a new career with Beach Transportation July of 2010. Becky will be responsible for checking in drivers, managing driver travel expenses, and accounts receivable, as well as many other duties that may come her way.

When Becky is not in the office she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Anne Davis
Administrative Assistant

Anne recently joined Beach Transportation in July of 2010. Her duties include accounts payable, computer maintenance, and any other projects that come her way. She is a business graduate from the University of Montana, and a fourth generation Montanan. She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to the challenges ahead.

Tom Anderson
Web Designer/Former Administrative Assistant

Tom joined Beach Transportation as a school bus driver and assistant in 1997 after teaching in Kalispell and Missoula. He became the Administrative Assistant in 2002 and currently works with the other members of the office staff.

His other interests include outdoor recreation, community involvement and singing in the Missoula Community Chorus.
